Delivery
We deliver personally and FREE OF CHARGE to Dereham, Fakenham and the surrounding towns and villages within a 15 mile radius of our shop in Toftwood, NR191JJ. For any area outside this, we can send your flowers via associate Florists.
We deliver from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays, except for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.
Orders for SAME DAY DELIVERY must be received by 12 noon GMT. Orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.
Specific delivery dates and times can be requested, from the CHECKOUT page, using the PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE box, or the DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS box, or via email or telephone. You can order as far in advance as you like.
For funerals we will endeavour to deliver at, or as near as possible to, the specified time. For a general orders e.g. birthdays, etc. we will deliver in the morning or afternoon as required, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If you have special instructions regarding your delivery, such as where to leave the flowers if no one is at the delivery address at the time of the delivery, please use the DELIVERY box on the CHECKOUT page, or CONTACT US via email or telephone.
